Tour Rules and its officials

While many people might have been on trip before but also some have not had this great opportunity, it could be so that some of us might feel lost or even worse left alone amongst this strange melange of tour members in this strange and odd Country called Cymru. As we do not want this to happen, at least minimize the risk to a minimum, there are (“Oh Thank you lord!”) some tour rules. These rules will guide us during our times in Wales of need. While rules need to be safe guarded, there are Bobbies to make sure we will obey……... Besides these Bobbies we also have some other officials for making sure the Tour will become what we want it to be: One hell of a good time!

First the rules:

1. Once outside in the open air: always dress properly. Number One’s (jacket and club tie) are required before and after the matches. On all other occasions we wear the special tour jackets.

2. If one starts a new glass (of any substance….) one is obliged to say cheers uttering the following words: “Proost and cheers my magic friends!” while holding the glass on the top of you head.

3. You should always be on time if a time has been set by the Tour committee.

4. Buffalo rules apply.

Each time a rule is not obeyed, a fine of 1 (one) euro will be collected by a Bobby.

Then the officials:
Bobbies: Equipped with a visible collector box they will collect each fine that has been spotted by anybody during the tour

Songmaster a.k.a. To m Jones. Tom Jones will be backed by 5 to 6 cheerleaders (for him to choose randomly at the spot at any given moment during the tour) to lead us in charming songs (and for the illiterates amongst us: this means NO “SWING LOW”!!!!!!!)

Beer loods: [AMc1] Two beer loods will hold “the pot” to assure fresh drinks and ample refreshments at regular times.

Prick of the day: each day the tour committee has the difficult task to appoint a prick of the day. The prick of the day who will wear a suitable outfit for the whole day, will be selected amongst the most stupidest action of the day or night before……..feel free to opt for this position!
